Return Process

  Log in to your member portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
